What do you do when you want to wear a sleeveless dress to the office? Until recently, my answer would have been “add a cardigan or a blazer.” But, after seeing Blair of Atlantic-Pacific re-imagine a sheath dress like a jumper, I figured I would give it a try. I took a patterned cotton dress with a ruffle collar, replaced the tie at the waist with a patent leather belt, and layered it over a short sleeve sweater. It was definitely a different look, but I liked changing it up and challenging myself to think outside the box. This was also my first day carrying my Kate Spade Surprise Sale score, and I’m in love!
