While most bloggers shared their 4th of July style as pre-holiday inspiration, I planned on posting my outfit today. What I wore is something that translates to everyday wear, not so in-your-face patriotic that it can’t be worn throughout the summer. All it took was denim, chambray and stripes + the cutest accessory around! That’s our 7-month-old puppy, Bones. Such a natural! Make sure you’re following me on Insta for many more cute puppy pics!

Also, this tassel necklace…I’ve been obsessing over it forever, but it was so popular that it sold out right away. After weeks on the wait list, it’s finally mine and I’m so excited! The full-length of the chain is 57″, which didn’t exactly work with this outfit. So, I simply knotted it at the top, and voila!
