Shorts Report Part 1: Scalloped

I wasn’t sure about the scalloped shorts look at first, but I actually really like it if it’s done right. Especially if you’re going lace, make sure the shorts are long enough and substantial enough that you don’t look like you’re wearing pajamas or underwear. The scalloped hem adds a visual interest and a bit of femininity, and can make otherwise basic shorts more fun.
