Comfortable, drawstring-waist pants covered in zebras…what could be better?! (They’re even called “soft pants!”) These were my second Junior’s section score at Dillard’s a couple of weeks ago (the first). They were on sale for under $20, and I couldn’t resist the fun pattern and soft fabric. Although I tried on several pairs of wide leg palazzo pants, it turns out that they’re just not for me. My hips and I need a tapered leg like this one to pull off the relaxed pant trend.
The difficult thing about pants like these is that they look and feel like pajamas. Pairing them with a t-shirt might not be enough, but could work with heels and the right jewelry. I opted for a lacy cropped tank and embellished accessories. The block heel is seriously the answer to my shoe prayers. Support + just enough height is the perfect change of pace from flats!

Love this look! I’m right there with you and wide leg pants like that would not work on me, but the tapered looks amazing.

I love this look, those pants look so horrible, but you rock them! And I love the way you styled them as well.
