Striped Skirt

As much as I love putting together outfits, it can be hard to get dressed for work. It’s especially challenging on gorgeous spring days when all I want to wear are off the shoulder tops and sundresses. I’ve come to love the midi length as an office-appropriate option, and this striped skirt from (my fave) the Who What Wear x Target Collection is the perfect lightweight material for warmer days. I stuck with the blue and white color palette for the rest of my look, layering a denim bomber jacket over a ruffled blouse.

There are a lot of changes happening at work right now, so it’s been a busy few weeks, and the rest of May won’t be any different. But, I think it will lead to new challenges and opportunities to grow, so whatever growing pains there are will be worth it. I’m also really looking forward to our trip to Denver in a couple of weeks for our good friends’ wedding. We’re renting a house with some of our favorite people and I’m really excited to be in Colorado for the first time. For now though, let’s just get through the week!
