Tulle

Full disclosure: because of a couple of bumps in the road (and snowflakes in the sky) while photographing this outfit, there’s a bizarre combination of indoor/outdoor, clear/less clear shots…but, I was just too excited to not share. What looks like a blush tulle skirt is in fact, the dress that I wore to celebrate my birthday over the summer. Adding a blouse and a blazer reinvents the look and makes it office appropriate. Tights and booties kept me warm, despite the snowflakes, and a coordinated lip color brought all of the pinks together. Although tulle wasn’t the best choice for inclement weather, I felt pretty and feminine all day long.
