Wine Country

While we were in San Francisco, we made the trip up to Napa with my husband’s aunt and uncle. His aunt used to be in the wine business, so she brought us to some of her favorite vineyards and tasting rooms. It was such a beautifully sunny day, and living in New York City, it’s not often that I get to drive through miles and miles of green, open land.

We were going to dinner back near Oakland, so I wanted to wear something that would transition well from day to night. Since I’m on the upper end of petite, I often struggle to find long skirts and dresses that don’t drown me.
