Cotton Turtleneck

I love a chunky knit as much as the next girl, especially on the coldest winter days. But, I’ve generally shied away from heavier turtlenecks because honestly, I was afraid of overheating. This year though, I’ve been seeing them in tons of cute outfits, so I set out to find a cotton turtleneck that would solve my problem. It was actually harder than I thought to find a heavy knit that was 100% cotton, but I finally found what I was looking for from Lands End. This sweater is cozy and warm, but not too warm, even with another layer underneath.

Instead of adding color to my neutral top and bottom, I went for stripes and leopard print. These booties are one of my favorite pairs, and I just feel good when I wear them!

Cotton turtleneck

It’s crazy cold today and tomorrow in NYC, and we might get snow over the weekend. I’ve been fighting a cold, so I’m not too excited, but I do have a new pair of snow boots that I’ll be happy to wear…silver lining?
