Now that many of us will be working from home and social distancing for the foreseeable future, it’s probably a good time to invest in some cozy clothes. Wear them all day long or make changing into them a reward for getting through another day. You can also wear cozy bottoms with a less casual top. I’ve been opting for joggers with a sweater, especially since a lot of my meetings are video calls. Wearing clothes that are comfortable when you’re stuck at home is a form of self-care as far as I’m concerned.
