I love the idea of taking a casual item up a notch with carefully thought-out details. And especially because my polka dot obsession is well-documented here, it should come as no surprise that I gravitated towards this sweatshirt immediately. The concept of dressing up a sweatshirt may sound ridiculous to you, but it’s actually pretty easy. This look is still relaxed for the weekend, but the sleeves and cropped fit totally elevate it. I also added a cute hair bow and leather booties for a fun contrast with jeans. Since it looks like we’re back to regular February temperatures (after a quick tease of Spring), I’ll definitely be wearing this again soon.
