We spent last weekend in Florida for our first wedding of the season. One of my husband’s closest high school friends got married at a beautiful venue near Daytona. When I heard it was going to be a garden wedding, I knew that I wanted to wear something floral. This pretty pink maxi dress made its debut in Aruba, and I knew it would be perfect for this occasion too. I love the details on the hem, sleeves and back, and the cinched waist is flattering on my curves. I was also really glad that I wore flat sandals when I saw so many heels sinking into the dirt, and if you’re not going to wear coral sandals in Florida, where are you?!
Our next wedding is in a few weeks in Denver, and I’m already thinking about what to wear! For me, it’s important to feel good in what I’m wearing, and I have to be able to dance! I tend to go minimal on jewelry, and if I wear heels, I always bring flats or flip flops. What about you?
