Lilac Skirt

It’s the start of my first week working from home, and it feels so weird to not go into the office. The whole world is upside down right now to be honest, and I feel a little strange continuing to post fashion content. But, for me, shopping and style are fun. Reading blogs and scrolling through social media feeds is what I do to take a break and add a little inspiration into my day. I still plan on giving myself that time, even though my daily routine will be a little different, and I hope you will too. It’s so important to take care of ourselves mentally, emotionally and physically during difficult times like these.

So, on to this outfit….purple has always been one of my favorite colors, and this lilac skirt is the prettiest shade! You know I’m all about the midi skirt for work and weekend, and this one could go either way. The way I styled it here is perfect for brunch when the weather warms up. This cropped blouse actually has really fun puff sleeves if you can go jacket-free, but a denim jacket is such a versatile layer too. And, love a metallic loafer that goes with everything!
