For a while, I could still wear my regular jeans. But, as I got closer to the second trimester, I knew it was time to start looking for maternity jeans. I’ve ordered a few pairs, and my favorites are from Seraphine, a London-based maternity brand. Their slogan is “fashionably pregnant,” and it’s no surprise that their clothes are loved by celebrities like Anne Hathaway, Kate and Pippa Middleton. These jeans are flattering and comfortable, and they go over the bump, which I prefer. I love them with this sweater (not maternity), which has the cutest ruffle collar.
Yesterday was such a beautiful day for our country. I definitely got choked up a couple of times. I know we have a lot of work to do, but I have so much hope. I’m excited to have a president who believes in unity and inclusion, who displays humanity and heart, who prioritizes family, and has a sense of honor and duty. It was also quite the day for fashion! Michelle Obama’s outfit was probably my favorite, but I also loved the Vice President in purple, and President Biden’s granddaughters in monochromatic looks. Who was your favorite?
