Real Talk: Rompers

This week, I’m getting real about rompers. The truth is, I’m not really sure how I feel about them. Rompers and jumpsuits can be really cute if they’re styled well and the proportions fit the body type (see the three beautiful bloggers below). But, they can also be fairly unflattering, and as a pear, I’m more than a little hesitant to put myself in a one-piece garment that isn’t a belted dress. Sure, throwing on a romper is easy and comfortable, not to mention great for hot summer days…but I’m not sold. If I’m truly being real, there’s also the bathroom issue. The thought of having to get almost completely undressed in a public bathroom when ya gotta go, isn’t my fave. And yet, I do own one romper. It’s strapless, and I’m always a little nervous wearing it, but it’s still in my closet somewhere. The jury is still out…

I agree! I really want to try a romper but I am scared. My sister has one and she looks great. I just don’t know if I could pull it off! I guess at one point I will just have to try! 🙂
