On Saturday, we were headed to brunch with my in-laws and the weather was gray and a little chilly. But, I really wanted to wear a dress because fun dresses are making me feel better right now. If you’re in a similar situation and thinking about what to wear on cool spring days, all you really need to do is add a cardigan or a jacket. This cardigan is longer, but not totally shapeless. The dress is fairly voluminous, so they went together well. We had a really yummy brunch in a cute little hut, and I was very grateful the restaurant was willing to make me a breakfast burrito without the tortilla.
This week has been a little quieter, which I appreciate after such a busy weekend. This weekend is going to be jam-packed too, but with such fun things. Tomorrow, I’m going to get my nails done, and then seeing my hair guru, Jay. I haven’t seen him since last July, and it’s definitely time for a refresh. On Saturday, we have plans with friends, and Sunday is our virtual baby celebration with family. So much to look forward to!
