I don’t know why, but I have been obsessed with browsing for swimsuits lately! Part of it is probably wanderlust, because I’m seeing so many people on my social feeds on the beach, and we don’t have a beach trip planned until August. But, there are also A TON of really cute swimsuits out there right now! While I am all about rocking your curves in a bikini, sometimes you want a little more coverage, and there are definitely plenty of flattering one-piece swimsuits that are still super sexy. When I’m shopping for one-pieces, I tend to look for the ones that have some sort of definition at the waist. It can be ruched, cut outs, or a wrap silhouette. Vertical stripes help elongate your torso, and if they’re at an angle, it helps to have the point towards your waistline (see below for an example). Another great thing about the swimwear market is that there are many more affordable options these days. I like to get a new suit before a trip, and I feel a little less excessive doing that when it doesn’t break the bank! These are some of my favorite flattering one-piece swimsuits, and give you an idea of what to look for when you’re shopping for your own!
