Blazers are everywhere for fall, and I’m so excited! It’s fun to find new ways to wear them, dressed up and dressed down. Since we’re still in the transitional days between summer and fall, I thought I would share how to style a blazer with shorts. This look is a little more polished, but you could totally swap out the dress shorts for denim and the mules for sneaks. The details really make the outfit. The ruched sleeve, the scalloped hem, and the bow at the waist…perfection!
Lauren and I shot these photos in the same area as this outfit. I love exploring new areas of my neighborhood. There are so many beautiful homes and storefronts on the Upper East Side! Sometimes living in New York City can be overwhelming, and overstimulating. But, when you get to enjoy a quiet morning walk, or when you run into two people you know within ten minutes, it feels less like a big, busy city. We won’t live here forever, but I’m trying my best to appreciate it while we do.
